The top spot belongs to of course the owner of globe telecom and Ayala Malls Jaime Zobel de Ayala with a net worth of 2 billion dollar but he stepped down as chairman last year 2006, for now his eldest son, Jaime Ayala is now the chairman and chief executive. Next to him is Henry Sy also an owner of the largest Mall here in the Philippines which is the SM mall of Asia. I was thinking if what could I spend with 2bill dollars? Maybe I could buy a portion of land in Mindanao (laughs out loud) or maybe a yacht or private jet.
